こちらは2020年 Cup of Excellence で優勝したニグセ ゲメダムゲ氏が手掛けたお豆です。ハラタドライングステーションはエチオピア シダマ州ベンサにあるハラタ村に位置しており、エチオピアの中でも非常に標高が高いエリアで、高品質なコーヒーを生産しています。この地域で一般的に栽培されている品種は 74110 です。一つ一つ手掴みで収穫を行い、長期的な目標のため、持ち込まれたチェリーに対して丁寧なフィードバックを行ってます。白葡萄らラズベリーのような果実感にエチオピアらしいフローラルな余韻をぜひお楽しみください♡
