Frinsaのお豆は毎年LATTESTでも人気ですが、テンペシリーズはごく少量フィルターで飲んでいただきましたが、今回のお豆は乳酸菌発酵で精製したコーヒーです。赤ワインやウイスキーのようなお店の味わいと、ジャムのような甘さといちごの完熟感を楽しんでいただけます。
温度が下がるとフレッシュないちごに変化していき、余韻が長く続くコーヒーです。
