コロンビア・トリマ県プラナダスからイエローブルボンのご紹介です。プラナダスは2000年代初頭までゲリラの影響を多く受けていた地域で、アクセスも簡単ではなく、今でも舗装されていない山道や小川を超えて4時間以上かけて農園に辿り着きます。
ラ・ロカ農園のホルヘ・エリアスさんは、この地域で3世代続く農園の息子であり、2022年のCOE初エントリーで3位、2023年も入賞するなど、その技術と情熱は年々高まっています。
イエローブルボンはフルーティーで上品な甘さを楽しんでいただけます。
